I would suggest making a merged patch and a bashed patch, but you don't have any room in your load order. Other than that, I got nothin'.

Wow 170 mods, and it still works, i,m on 50 and lost the ability to mount dismount. pressing the E Key! I think you might have the Overly polite Englishman mod inadvertently installed in the background? ha ha (i,m english so its not racist eh?)

Man i wish i could get to 170 mods? but right now i would settle for my E key back working.

 

on a more helpful note I had a similar thing with a follower mod, when the game? picked up/clashed with the dialogue somehow with each other, due to the naming of a certain speech/dialogue .wav being named the same, in 2 follower mods if you get my drift?

think your due to a remove a mod at a time scenario starting with the last 5? let us know the fix when you have it ?
