Stutter in game need help

Hi everyone, I understand that this is a really loaded question with so many variables and no easy fix but I’m having problems with stutter while looking in certain directions IE The bridge into Riverwood, outside of Solitude, outside of Whiterun etc.

I only have a few mods installed with 2k textures and JKs skyrim, Skyrim Flora overhaul, aspen trees and Veydosbrom and I always pick performance edition when installing mods. No ENB

Here are my PC specs

Processor: Intel® Core ™ i5-4690 CPU @ 3.50GHz

Memory: Corsair 16gb DDR3

Motherboard: Gigabyte 797x-gaming 7

Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6gb

What I have tried so far:

Running in Windowed borderless

I always make sure chrome processes are closed down & have my entire modding folder whitelisted in my antivirus as well as always running virus scanners and Spybot on regular basis and this is a legit copy off Steam

SSE Fixes

SSE Engine fixes

No falling leaves mod

Changing Antialiasing to FXAA

Forcing Vsync on in Nvidia Control panel and setting iVSyncPresentInterval=0

Turning Vsync off completely and setting Vsync to fast in Nvidia control panel

Setting Nvidia to Prefer Maximum performance

Setting godrays to low

In INI files setting Set shadow resolution to 1024 and exterior shadow distance to 3500 and particles to 4500

Adding bLockFramerate=0 to Skyrim.ini

Ignoring mod authors load order suggestions and using Loot to sort

At this point I think I’m reside to the fact I won’t get to play a modded SSE game but any help would be really really appreciated.

Thanks

First of all, this should be in the SSE forums. But I'll be nice and help you any way :D

The first thing I would try is reducing your grass density. Go into your skyrim.ini file and set:

[Grass]
iMinGrassSize=100
<--the higher the number, the lower the grass density. Play around with it and see if you notice any difference.

You can also try increasing the values for

fGrassFadeRange
fGrassMaxStartFadeDistance=
fGrassMinStartFadeDistance=

and see if that helps.
