Problem with SCA Archery

I am having a problem with getting the mod to work. I have installed lots of mods and they all seem to work perfect together, as i spent a lot of time carefully installing and ordering. The only thing that isnt working is this mod. It worked before and now i do not know why it does not work. I can run as fast as i want and shoot. Before that was an impossibility and i liked that.

 

Is there any common reason why this is not working? I ordered all Dukes mods I have how he says to. The mods I have from this mod and on are:

Would this order be causing the problem? What is a way to test? Also, I have two mods called Eagle Eye Archery and Arrow Velocity, placed before this mod, would that be an issue? Thanks.
