Weird AI with instant crashes

This is my load order and it works just fine,no crashes and all but if I activate Maskar Oblivion Overhaul(I also sort the load order and bash again) AI gets weird and unresponsive followed by instant/silent crashes,for instance Baurus at start of the game doesn't move after fighting the mythic dawn assassins and then the game crashes after a while

And when you sort with MOO installed it is sorted below your bashed patch?
