Confused regarding Amidala mod

I want to use an attractive character, as I've never been able to design one on PC (the lighting is one thing, my small screen another, and my lack of patience for this stuff yet another), so I thought Natalie Portman as either an Imperial, Breton or High Elf would be perfect. The only important thing about that is I want a stock race - I will plan out my character in full later.

 

However, this mod is... complicated. There's the save I would use, but I'm sort of lost with everything else. Apparently, it needs other mods, but the description leaves me somewhat confused. I don't absolutely need a body mod, and I definitely don't want another race at this point. I want to use the stock stuff and just have a character with a cute face - the face I'm going to be looking at. I don't need bazookas or any fancy mods like that.This mod also appears to be classified as a RACE in its Readme, which is the most confusing thing about it.

 

So, a few questions:

1) Do I absolutely need the other mods this one is requiring, or just the ones that come in the ZIP archive?

2) Is there an easier way for me to create a nice face on my own that wouldn't take more than 15 minutes?

3) Is this mod a RACE or a CHARACTER? Will I be able to play with this, or should I make my own character?

Some answers:

- If you just want to use saved face for your character, you can use Oblivion Face Exchange Lite or ElderFaceLift for transplanting saved character face to another save file. However, it will work well only if '2 characters are in the same race, or at least use same head mesh).

- Seems like the mod adds new race, for you can't use facial texture to any stock race for only one character. (If you apply custom head texture on any stock race, you'll notice everyone in the race will use that texture)
