30 Frames Cap Skyrim Le

was installing mods and all of a sudden during my usual install and check to see if game runs laps i noticed that everywhere i went the game was locked to 30 fps, i have tried everything resetting skse, reinstalling the game, unistalling the mods, turning off vsync but nothing is working, plz help as this game is the only game i play and love.

NVM just set FixLag=0 in enblocal.ini and it fixed it
