I've search on the net but i didn't find anything, like i said i am going crazy because i buyed the game 2 days ago and i didn't think i would have this problem
davycrockett
its nothing to do with anything other than the game itself fo3 does it too so id say its the games engine as they are the same you could always try a few .ini tweaks to increase draw distance etc google fo3 tweakguide a complete guide to .ini configuration and yes i did say fo3 tweakguides like i said they use the same engine so the same console commands and .ini tweaks will work on both games

JimboUK
Good luck getting rid of that, FO3 does it and so does Skyrim on occasions. You could try a texture pack if you have 1gb and up of VRAM.

JimboUK
Not really, a texture pack might help if you have enough memory, this is good, for 1GB of VRAM use the small one and be sure to use the 4GB enabler along with the correct NVSE for it. You could also use the DOF effect from this to hide it somewhat.
drew073086
This site is a little old but I'm going to put this here because everyone who types fnv flickering will get the link to this page. I had the same issue , what fixed it for me was disabling the games anti-aliasing and using my graphics cards anti-aliasing option (set it to what ever your system can handle) and setting it to overwrite any application settings . Hope this helps every one else . Edited May 17, 2014 by drew073086
