Disabled mods not actually disabling in game? (Frosty)

I recently switched from DAIModManager to Frosty, and I've gotten all of my mods working just fine. However, when I disabled my complexion mod (Calpernia complexion from Ascendia's Female Complexions for Frosty), so that I could go into the Black Emporium, it was still there in the game and I couldn't go to the BE. I can replace the complexion with another one, but I can't just go back to having the vanilla complexion.

 

This has happened with any complexion mod I've tried on several different save files. I've also found that it's happening with the Ra'lah PJ custom body mesh. The texture I can disable, but the mesh stays.

 

I have Frosty ver. 1.0.5.2 and DAI is fully patched.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

try this:

"If you delete the "ModData" folder every time you alter your modlist, Frost MM will regenerate the folder when you next try to launch through it. Then everything works as it should.
Apparently, the ModData folder wasn't deleted when I uninstalled DAI, which I probably should have realized. "
