LE People Don't hate Vampires

Hi,

 

I am very Dissapointed about Vampires,everything is good in it,but when you visit a village or Town you are attacked by the whole town,thats the thing I dont like,Can anybody make a mod for that ? it will be really great,and most of the people need mod like that

Joking aside (that was a joke, not being a jerk!), you only get attacked by townspeople at day 4+ without feeding, and after installing Dawnguard you still get the day 4 message about you being "hated and feared by all", but no one turns hostile to you. That is, unless that was a bug they have since fixed.

even if you dont have dawnguard theres a mod for vampires this mod adds some lesser power and spells but it allows you to change a lot of things and includes a non feared version

 

its one of these 2 links i dont remember well wich of these 2 mods is because i have 1 instaled and the other is instaled but inactive however i cant decipher wich of the 2 is the one active.

I don't know if it was intentional or if it was a bug that Dawnguard caused, but I can see why it would be intentional, since half of Dawnguard is about playing as a vampire. Maybe they wanted to make it more appealing to people so they took out the NPC hostility. And if it was a bug it wasn't fixed last week, the last time I played, so it'll probably hang around.

I think it was intentional, since you're now attacked at stage 5 vampirism or rather the vampire lord form. A lot of negatives (fire weakness, regen rates) were nerfed with Dawnguard from what I understand. And for the exact reason you described, because half of Dawnguard is about being a vampire.

 

Personally though, I never enjoyed being a Vampire. It made very little positive impact, and ended up being a pain. Every time you step into sun you get that stupid message and effect. It was a constant annoyance and reminder that you were a vampire. I had more important things to do and forgot that I had contracted vampirism, so 3 days later when I remembered, it was too late. Constant reminder that I screwed up. It was annoying. When I played as a vampire later, the constant reminder that "Bro, you're still a vampire" was also annoying. I think the noise and the message would have been enough, I didn't need the blinding screen effect for 5 seconds.

 

I've made this complaint before and was told "Just go get a vampire mod" so I looked into it and none of them really appealed to me. I liked the ideas in BSR Vampires, but was annoyed with the constant 'name brand' vampire stuff (same reason I can't bring myself to install Midas Magic) and most if not all the reviews said it turned being a vampire into sort of a chore, which is fine, but would become incredibly distracting for me. Some of the other mods out there usually make changes that I don't like, one in particular comes to mind. Somehow the author felt water breathing was a fair exchange for not being able to use restoration on yourself anymore, but to each his own.

 

Ultimately, I'd like a vampire to become weaker the longer they don't feed. Have very unique powers, not just a weak absorb spell and free Raise Zombie spell. I'd also like who I feed on to have an impact, causing them to become vampires and chain reactions to occur causing whole towns to become nocturnal. But alas... I've not found one... Maybe I'm too picky. :confused:

Yeah but that mod makes you burn in the sunlight and alot of people like me dont like that.

I'm pretty sure you can disable that, too.
