Issue with Palace and Castles Enhanced auto sorting

Was wondering if anyone could help me with a small issue I'm having please. Basically the issue is with Vortex insisting Palace and Castles enhanced be much higher up in my load order then it's suppose to be. I've tried different methods with grouping and the one that seems to push it the furthest down the list without mod cycling taking effect is Late Loaders. But that places it below Alternate Start and many other mods. Has anyone had a similar issue with this mod on Vortex? Any recommendations on what I could do?

What the mod author says is: 1. Load "Palaces Castles Enhanced.esp" at near the bottom of your load order if not the very bottom

 

So what is the problem if it loads late? You have enough flexibility in defined groups to pick pretty much any order you want. Maybe assign a different group to Alternate Start.

You discovered Late Loaders, so at least you are not confusing plugin order with mod order.

If I have one I want to go last - I use Dynamic Patches.
