Random freeze-ups

So after fixing my OBSE and mod problems, I encountered a problem I haven't seen anyone talk about, whenever I leave the PC on the Wait menu, character menu, startup menu ect. If I was afk for longer than 4 seconds then my entire PC would freeze up, Alt + tab or Alt + F4 wouldn't work and the only way to solve this was to shut down my PC but it gets tedious after a while :/

 

If there is any fix to this problem or why this is happenning can you please provide a solution?

This is definitely annoying. Set task manager as always on top. When the game freezes you can CTRL alt delete and end task. This way you donât have to restart the computer.
