gtx470
How to fix it?
thumbincubation
If you're familiar with creation kit, it's a simple click and drag fix. If not, you may want to use something like Jaxonz Positioner, to select and move it in-game. You may need to make light sources visible, in advanced options, in order to move it out of the way enough to select the embers themselves. IsharaMeradin
It may be a simple click and drag fix. But if the issue is caused by a mod conflict, you'd first need to figure out which mods. It may be best to load all your active plugins in SSEEdit and combine changes made to the brazier, embers and light emitter into a patch plugin. You can get the object ID, to find it better in SSEEdit, by clicking on the object while the console window is open.

thumbincubation
The console IDs lead me to believe the brazier and embers are vanilla, which is to say they're the original ones in the skyrim.esm master file. They may have been moved slightly, but not deleted and replaced. The open gate leads me to think you have Open Cities installed. The gate and woodwork look slightly different to me, though, so you'll want to check if there's another .esp mod affecting the area, or if it's just a texture replacer. It could be any mod that moves them, but the first thing I'd try is to run CK64, select Open Cities Skyrim, set it as the active file, and go to that spot just outside Whiterun. See if the brazier is normal, or looks askew, in the creation kit. If it is normal, just close the CK and move on to the next mod. If not, then you are able to fix it and move it back into place, before saving and closing. The best way to deal with those is to press M to turn on markers. This will allow you to see the little "light bulb" light source. Select that, hit the 1 key twice, to hide it. Then select your embers, move them back into the brazier, press ALT + 1 un-hide or f5 to refresh the view, and make sure your light source is over top of the brazier. If you're not sure about getting into CK and getting set up, take a look at this tutorial. It will get you going, and then you can click the link to the tutorial hub to learn how to manipulate things within. https://www.creationkit.com/index.php?title=Category:Getting_Started
