Martello21
I keep seeing the awful giant red warning sign thing, specifically whenever I or an NPC fire our guns. This is what my Mod Manager screen looks like: http://i.imgur.com/bqNiR.png I'm not sure which mod is causing the MESH issues. I suspect it may be Fellout. As you can see, I have multiple versions installed and I'm not sure which one I should have activated to work properly with FOOK2. Does anyone have any suggestions? blove
Fellout is integrated in FOOK2 1.2 Open Beta. That said if you want darker nights, update and load "Fellout - Full.esp" after the FOOK2 plugins. The Fellout DLC plugins are fully integrated. I only see one package/archive for FOOK2. You should have Data, Main, and Hotfixes archives. This is your most likely culprit.

Martello21
I downloaded the Data files and now all the MESH files are there. Problem now, is, there are a bunch of people with white faces and black bodies. What's that all about?
blove
Re-toggle Archive Invalidation in Nexus Mod Manager under Tools. If that does not fix the mis-matched skin tones then make sure that "bLoadFaceGenHeadEGTFiles=1" in your "FALLOUT.INI" located in ".\My Documents\My Games\Fallout3\". I re-activated Archive Invalidation and it didn't fix it. I couldn't find that line in my FALLOUT.INI either. Also, Malcom sometimes has a big red missing MESH symbol floating on him, but sometimes doesn't. When he does, he also doesn't have facial hair anymore. It's all very strange. M48A5
After you downloaded ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated!, did you run the ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated!.exe? Since you say you don't have "bLoadFaceGenHeadEGTFiles=1" in your Fallout ini, I would assume you have not properly installed ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated!, since it adds that line automatically. That worked perfectly, thanks! Sorry that I wasn't understanding you, I'm new to all the mod stuff for this game.

While I never use the standalone, that is good information to have, thanks.
