A search of the wiki comes with nothing for LHS. I would suspect that either you made a typo, or you are referring to something specific to a mod... Such as a whole bunch of forms starting with LHS. The closest thing I can think of that might be related is LOS or Line of Sight, but that woud have to be one heck of a typo. If it's just related to the forms within a mod, LHS is an identifier someone was using to group their things together, and to help reduce the chance that two objects will have the same Editor ID.
