Deleted31924720User
In Voices1.bsa, there are player character voice files for entering and leaving iron sights that simulate drawing breath and exhaling that are supposed to play whenever the player goes into iron sights or scoped aiming. For some reason they don't work despite having conditions for them in the GenericPlayer quest, and even if I add the topic PlayerInIronSites with correct file hierarchy and the same conditions that cause NPCs to react to the player drawing down on them no sound is made by the player. Do any of you have any idea what could be causing this or experience with giving the player new sounds? Edited July 8, 2019 by Guest
Radioactivelad
Those sounds are actually meant for a little known cut feature that allowed you to "Hold your breath" to steady your aim and increase accuracy beyond the normal Right click. I believe C16 restored it at some point but they've since taken down the mod.

dubiousintent
"Lutana NVSE" has been fully merged into the "JIP LN NVSE Plugin" (see the 'Checklist Item #4' entry in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide on how to test for it). Just use that. -Dubious-
