Weird glitches and Bugs

my game has like people who don't walk they just glide across the ground when they sit like say on a couch the are in a standing position but slanted and morphed into the couch or whatever they are sitting on and when they do sit right they stand up but instead they are in a sitting position gliding across the ground and sometimes people like doc mitchell when they talk their heads turn upside down and go back to how it was before if anyone knows a fix please tell me it would be very helpful :smile:
