mod incompatibility mistake? MAJOR crashing problems now

So, I know I messed up a little and tried to correct it but I'm having crashing problems like no other... I have installed Vanilla Gear Redux (AKA Mass Outfit Redesign [MOR]) and I have all the necessary required mods to go with it. I've never had crashing problems up until I downloaded Vanilla Real Gear [VRG]. I didn't like the dark brotherhood armor (or the arena armor) in MOR so I downloaded VRG and deleted everything in the folder aside from the DB armor textures and stuff. I deleted the DB (and arena) armor textures/meshes from MOR (so they wouldn't clash with each other) and installed both. I started having crashing problems and what I didn't realize was that they have two different body types per mod. I then uninstalled VRG and tried a variety of things... But, I'm still having crashing problems! I can't get in 3-5 minutes of game play! Crashes don't seem to have any pattern to them. Some happen during loading screens, some happen out of the blue, some happen when I click on stuff. It's infuriating! I didn't and still don't have any missing or weird textures. Conscribe provides no useful information.

 

I've tried:

1. annealing mods

2. installing the original (un-deleted files) MOR and uninstalling my deleted-files version

3. running BOSS

4. rebuilding my bashed patch (a lot)

 

I can't think of any other solutions or troubleshooting steps. If anyone has any advice out there I would be greatly appreciative! I can't believe I screwed this up with such a noob mistake but excitement got the better of me. Thank you, everyone!

I don't use Message Logger, never heard of it. I will download it and test that out tomorrow...

I didn't clean mods using TES4Edit because I've never had problems with any mods before hand, and wouldn't really know which one's to clean (Some mods specifically mentioned not to clean them) but it is something I could look into, at least the body and clothing replacer mods. I will do that tomorrow, as well.
I already know that I have several mods that override other mods (when I ran ObMM it showed them as red), but I have never had any issues before this incident of installing/uninstalling VRG.

I looked at the modding guide I used to help me create my mod profile and it said that TES4Edit wasn't necessary for the modding guide. So I didn't look too much further into TES4Edit as of yet.

 

So I uninstalled conscribe and streamline because it was causing lagging, which was fixed. Well, ig uninstalling streamline reset my graphics so I had to reset them; I downloaded and ran oblivion with Message Logger. The game ran for 30 full minutes without a CTD (not sure if graphic's tweaks helped, then?" Because it ran for so long, I won't include the entire log but before my game crashed, message logger recorded this:

I will have to continue playing tomorrow to see if the game lasts longer before crashing, like it did today. However, do you have any thoughts on this update?
