I wait 3 days and they still have no money. to make it clearer I am using the NVEC - New Vegas Enhanced Content http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/44204how do you get the shop to refresh there inventory. I read that whole page and it doesn't say anything about it. I tried using that re spawn thingy that was put in my inventory didn't notice it do anything.
