The following was displayed twice after selecting a subforum (not the same one): Warning: require_once(/home/forum/public_html/conf_global.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: Too many open files in system in /home/forum/public_html/index.php on line 68 This is the only website I have seen this readout, and only today.
