Do these two mods exist?

I'm looking for two very simple things, not sure if either already exists as a mod yet.

 

First - a recall teleport. Something you can click once - and go from wherever you are to a set location, then clicking again takes you back to wherever you were before. Preferably something that doesn't require a hotkey. Would also prefer something that doesn't require you to go through a holotape each time.

 

Second - portable vendor. Something that will open the barter window with any of the traveling merchants from anywhere in the world. There's a really basic console command for this, but it'd be lovely if it were a chem item.

When I look for the recall teleport idea, I keep finding Personal teleporter. But that's incredibly clunky. I understand trying to be immersive, but gimme a break! I just wanna warp real quick to my favorite merchant, then warp back!

What's the console command? Maybe I can do something about it

For real? That would be freakin' sweet. The console command for all the basic traveling merchants are -

Cricket=12FCD0.sbm
Doc Weathers=12FCCC.sbm

But there are other vedors that this works for too, obviously. I'd personally really appreciate trading with these -

There's an awful lot of vendors. Those are all the named "secret" ones. Slim and Bethany in particular are my favorites.
