ThanksZhuA re-upload can only happen if someone were to contact the original mod author and get permission to have the file hosted on the Nexus. Since the original author is no longer a member, the chances of that happening is practically nil. Otherwise, any upload of the files would be considered mod theft and result in the uploading party being banned.
