xXxDARKNESSxXx
Unless you have something esle that you want changed/ added, I will start UV mapping what I have then turn it over to you, you'll have to find someone else to weight paint it, cuz I don't know how to use blender to do that. Not sure what you mean by weight, but that is fine. I can find someone else then. Thank you for all your hard work!
paintballmaster254
Weighting a mesh is telling each vertex how much it moves or is controlled by a certian bone in the skeleton. Its called weight painting because of how you do it, you almost paint it on the mesh. A weighted mesh symply means a mesh that is liked to a skeleton and every vertex has a value on how much each bone effects it. Back to the model, if you have nothing you want added/ changed, then I will start UV mapping the mesh (ugh).
xXxDARKNESSxXx
Know of anyone who can/would weight paint it?
paintballmaster254
Sorry, I don't know many people on this forum, yet. Still fairly new. I'm sure if you ask someone who has created their own armor, creature, or body mesh; they could probably help you out.

DogtoothCG
the easiest way, is to import a model that has roughly the same shape as your custom one, attach it to the original, and delete it by element until you are left with your custom mesh and the original import with skeleton, then you just copy and paste the skin modifier from the mesh with skeleton on your custom mesh, this is known as weight stealing....or you could ask vagrant0 to link you to his tutorial on it
