Though you've given me the information to make the recommendation stronger, and I've increased it in that new Issue entry. When you say the fix YUP is missing is "the game fails to correctly add the CompanionPerk to companions"; are you referring to the undocumented "ability to give perks to companions"? GamerRick Posted July 22, 2019 Author Share Posted July 22, 2019 All I noticed is that with MMUE ED-E's carry weight dropped to 135, instead of the usual 210. The CompanionPerk lowers the carry weight by 75. This perk is supposed to be added to a companion whenever you hire them. I looked briefly at the scripts and could not figure out how it was broken or how MMUE fixed it, because the script command to add the perk is there where it should be. I am only using YUP and not the add-on patch for it. I don't know if anyone fixed it. I may have to tackle this one myself when/if I start a new game with YUP and the add-on patch. The reason I tried MMUE is because of the many bugs still in the game. I wanted to see if another bug-fix patch addressed them. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

GamerRick Posted July 23, 2019 Author Share Posted July 23, 2019 (edited) CompanionSuite is the perk in FalloutNV.esm. PerkCompanionSuite is the Actor Effect used by the perk. The Wini says the perk is cut content, but it is used 86 times in scripts and dialog topics used by the various companions. I have no idea how there can be so many places where the perk is added or removed from a follower when the get hire or fired, and yet it doesn't work. I would have to do a major bug investigation to figure that out. Nor is it clear how MMUE fixed it since they don't edit any of those scripts.
