T-45d Power Armor Retex and Overhaul mod issues

Hello?, if anyone reads this I really need your help I'm having problems installing the texture mod to fallout 3 the overhaul to power armor(t-45) to be exact,it seems like it worked somewhat as the text name change for regular power armor and the the BOS symbol on it came off,but it just looks slightly darker than usual. As for the outcast armor its paint fully bright and shiny,please I need assistants.

 

I used 7-zip to extract the mesh and texture then dropped into the DATA folder by scrolling t over to it and it asked copy and replace the old ones so I did all that and dropped in the overhaul.esp.

 

I don't really know much on modding if at all,but please I really need help..this has been a battle lately.. :(
