LordVader88
I have a 155Hz monitor and last week FO4 was running normal, at +100Hz most places. I was having low FPS inside , and changed something in the ini file, and it fixed that problem. Then since yesterday, the game has been locked at 60FPS, which feels laggy and choppy. So I deleted the 2 ini files in mygames/FO4 and in the MO2 location, ran FO4.exe to create new ini files, and MO2 did also copy the new ini's. Then as usual I ran the game with F4SE in MO2 How ever I'm still stuck at 60FPS. I don't get it
LordMinio
Is iPresentInterval set to one or zero? (Its under [Display] in your Fallout4 AND your Fallout4Prefs ini) if its set to one try to set it to 0 and try again
Di3sIrae
Adding to what LordMinio said, check if there is no custom ini with it activated (check inside MO, not in the folder, in the Ini Editor). Sometimes it get written in the Custom and not in the normal ones. Also, always check your GPU software. One time it decided to lock the fps of a game and i even sent a ticket to support before realising it was just Radeon acting strange.
