Port this to both xbox and ps4 https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/98653 and this second one port to ps4 without the external assets I know porting without external assets have been done before on ps4 https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/27043 naturally give credit to both mod authors please and thank you. As for enhanced lights and fx I have permission from the author in a private message where I ask him if I could port to ps4 he said it was alright for me to do so.
