Skyrim BSA Browser

I'm trying to download http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/1395#content to fix the helmet clipping glitch with the four braids hair, but every time I try to manually download I get this:

 

 

C:\Users\Brett\AppData\Local\Temp\BSA_Browser_1_7-1395.zip could not be opened, because the associated helper application does not exist. Change the association in your preferences.

 

I have Nexus Mod Manager downloaded, and WinRAR. When I download through manager it goes smoothly, but as a Mod there's no way to launch the application (Because a mod is supposed to add something to the game, and the NMM doesn't seem to support downloading a program not linked to the game).

 

If you can help me out it will be much appreciated.

If you can download fine thru NMM, just go to where ever you installed NMM - Skyrim - Mods. then look for the downloaded archive, move it elsewhere and extract it manually.

 

Otherwise, try using this program instead to get the original files out of the BSAs

I looked through the NMM files and found no such folder containing the program. In Data all I find is 2 .dll files and wordpad licensing notes. In all other folders under NMM I found no mods either.
