Mod Request: Jill Valentine (RE II movie version) in blue bikini/red feather boa.

Anyone think they can make a mod for Resident Evil 2 (2019) in which Claire is replaced by Jill Valentine from the movie Resident Evil II: Apocalypse but instead of Jill being dressed in the mini-skirt and blue tubetop she'd be wearing a blue bikini, blue high heels, and be draped behind her neck, over her shoulders, and fluffy down her sides with a large, long, bright red feather boa (like the model for the WWE 2K19 prop)?
