cumbrianlad
Hi. Briefly, I hated how one mushroom weighed up to 0.3 pounds.* Anyway, I made all ingredients weigh more like they would in reality. This is fine. Harvest fifty mushrooms each weighing 0.012 pounds and your inventory weight goes up by 0.6 pounds. However, each mushroom shows in the HUD as weighing '0'. I'd like to know how to alter this. I know that weights are shown to 1 decimal place for armour, ingredients etc. Obviously, once the actual weight does not round to 0.1 or above it shows up as 0. Anyone know how to alter this, 'cause I don't? Preferrably, I also don't want everything else in the game to show up to 2 decimal places, ie I don't want an iron sword to weigh '8.00' in the HUD: '8' is fine. I know that an elven helmet has weight 4.0000 on the form in CK and shows up as '4' in the HUD and that an item weighing 3.5000 in CK shows up as '3.5' I'd like my mushrooms (and other ingredients) to show up as weighing 0.012 etc. 0.01 would be acceptable. Thanks. * (I checked travel agencies on the net, but couldn't find anywhere in Tamriel as a destination... that's a shame because I love mushrooms, so one weighing 0.3 ponds on my plate would be sublime!) maxarturo
The answer is quite simply :The corresponding place for the weight numbers in the Hub has only two numerical positions, imagine two little squares where the numbers goes, in order to alter this you will need to make your own HUB. cumbrianlad
Thanks maxarturo. That's pointed me in the right direction. I'll decide if it's worth doing or not. If I publish the mod. I may choose to add an optional file to adjust the HUD, for those that use other mods adjusting it. Thanks again.
