CBassNL
I'm having this problem where not a single creature attacks me. Enemies like undead, animals and other creatures just walk around peacefully, and only attack when I attack first. The same problem occurs with human-like enemies (bandits and such), but they switch to combat mode when I talk to them. This only occurs in exterior location, in interiors the enemy behaves normal and attack on sight. My PC-specs are good, I've used BOSS (but it still might be a load-order problem, or missing plugin), I'm using MMM 37b3, OOO 1.35, OBSE 20.6. This is my load-order: Oblivion.esm All Natural Base.esm Tamrielic Ingredients.esm Oscuro's_Oblivion_Overhaul.esm Mart's Monster Mod.esm Mart's Monster Mod for OOO.esm TamrielTravellers.esm bookplacing.esm Fundament.esm Lattamerv3.esm Younger Hotter NPC's v1.0.esp Unofficial Oblivion Patch.esp DLCShiveringIsles.esp Unofficial Shivering Isles Patch.esp Natural_Habitat_by_Max_Tael.esp All Natural.esp All Natural - SI.esp All Natural - MMM Patch.esp Weather Debug Ring.esp Weather Debug Ring - SI.esp Immersive Interiors.esp Enhanced Water v2.0 HD.esp All Natural - Real Lights.esp WindowLightingSystem.esp Book Jackets Oblivion - BP.esp CT-Com's Torch Compendium.esp FullGrass1.1.esp ImprovedSigns.esp moregems.esp Oblivion Collectible Cards.esp VA_BetterGold.esp Wyverex's - Runes.esp Streamline 3.1.esp DLCHorseArmor.esp DLCOrrery.esp DLCVileLair.esp DLCMehrunesRazor.esp DLCSpellTomes.esp CM_Better Wine.esp CM_Better Wine_SI.esp FineWeapons.esp HiddenSkulls.esp Masks.esp RustyItems.esp Thieves Arsenal.esp RealSwords - Bosmer LO-NPC.esp DLCThievesDen.esp ExnemRuneskulls.esp Tamrielic_Ingredients_cOMbo.esp Oscuro's_Oblivion_Overhaul.esp OOO-Combat_Skills_Perks_Marksmanship.esp OOO-DaedraLord_Quests.esp OOO-Deadly_Combat.esp OOO-DLT_Immersion.esp OOO-Level_Normal.esp OOO-Potions.esp Alluring Potion Bottles v3.esp Mart's Monster Mod for OOO.esp Mart's Monster Mod - Shivering Isles.esp Mart's Monster Mod - Hunting & Crafting.esp Mart's Monster Mod - Looting NPCs & Creatures.esp Mart's Monster Mod - Less Bone Loot.esp Mart's Monster Mod - Spawn Rates - Moderate Increased.esp Mart's Monster Mod - Dungeons of MMM.esp Mart's Monster Mod - More Wilderness Life.esp Mart's Monster Mod - Friendlier Factions OOO.esp Mart's Monster Mod - Farm Animals.esp Mart's Monster Mod - Diverse WaterLife.esp Mart's Monster Mod - Diverse Runeskulls Loot OOO.esp TamrielTravellerAdvscript.esp TamrielTravellers4MMM.esp TamrielTravellersFactionAll.esp Better Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary.esp DoTheUnderdark.esp ImpeREAL City Unique Districts - All the Districts - Merged.esp ImpeREAL City Unique Districts - All the Districts Visible From Cyrodiil.esp ImpeREAL Empire - Unique Castles - All The Castles - Merged.esp mythsandlegends.esp Secrets-UL edition.esp DLCFrostcrag.esp Knights.esp Oscuro's_Oblivion_Overhaul - Knights of Nine.esp (Unique landscapes+patches) OblivionCollectibleCards-UniqueLandscapes Merged patch.esp ImpeREAL Empire - Unique Forts.esp ImpeREAL Empire - Unique Forts - OOO FCOM patch by Xtudo.esp Natural_Vegetation_by_Max_Tael.esp Harvest [Flora].esp Harvest [Flora] - Shivering Isles.esp Harvest [Flora] - DLCVileLair.esp Book Placement v2.esp Bag of Alchemy.esp BrighterTorches_v1.2.esp Leviathan Soulgems.esp P1DkeyChain.esp Skill Perk Descriptions Enhancement.esp ATakesAll.esp Bundlement.esp nGCD.esp CCR - Capucine.esp LattamerV3_P-rrtyCure_Hair_Module.esp Sprinting.esp MassA.I.esp Bashed Patch, 0.esp I've tried to deactivate one mod at the time, and the combination of MMM and OOO seems to be the problem. Hickory
The game has an enemy NPC AI limit. If you have mods like MMM with over-spawning, you tend to get this behaviour. Reduce the spawn rates. You can also check the tweaks in Wrye Bash to increase how many enemies are allowed, though this is not foolproof, due to said engine limitations. Maskar
There's a game setting (iNumberActorsInCombatPlayer) which defines the amount of npcs that can be in combat at once. MMM already increases this considerably though.
RazaCovek
How high is your Personality? Above 80 nobody attacks. The enemy runs past me and attacks my CM Partners.see:http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:PersonalityYou could take advantage of this and strip the enemy down to their shorts with Muffinshare it works on creatures as well.A whole world of comical entertainment reveals itself when you don't have to fight anymore. You can also cause fighting by spiking common weapons with frenzy spell. The results of my ongoing experiments are under my name in Tesnexus. CBassNL
Thanks for the replies. The second last plugin in my list actually modifies the iNumberActorsInCombatPlayer setting to 50. That should be enough. My personality was 55, I've used console commands to lower it to see if that's the problem, but it wasn't... Any more suggestions? I still think one of the MMM master files is the problem. Cause when I deactivate the MMM master files, the problem doesn't occure.

Setting iNumberActorsInCombatPlayer even to 1000 will make no difference. Like I said, there is a hard limit (I don't recall how high). Game settings are only of use within the limits of the game. The advice about Personality is a very valid point, and one to look into, but you have already proven my initial post by saying that MMM is at the root of it.
