AMKhatry
I've had to reboot my windows, in the process, all the software got uninstalled, which included vortex. Now I reinstalled vortex, it scanned my skyrim special edition, but the mod list comes up empty, even when i tried selecting the download location to the old one. It says that the destination folder has to be empty. How would I resync my mods again, is it possible, or was there a log backup or something I had to do before hand. AugustaCalidia
Maybe this will work. Rename your old download folder. Create a new download folder. Select the new, empty folder as the download location. Copy and paste the archives from the old download folder to the new download folder. Delete the old download folder. This may also work for your mod staging folder, if you're getting the "needs to be empty" message.
