Problem with download manager (premium account)

Hi guy.

 

I just paid for the one month subscription for premium account and would like to try out the download manager with FWE Lone Wanderer Mod. However the server send me a Bad Request massage or being unresponsive (not crashing, just nothing happening when I selected the option "download with manager" in the files section of the site and manual download has been slow like crazy).

 

So any suggestion?, I absolutely do nothing aside paying for premium subscription, so if I have to download any tool, send any request or do whatever to activate my premium status, please keep me informed. Otherwise just tell me what to do to have this feature online.
