How do I install FNIS PCEA2?

First time modding anything and was taking the steps to get the levitation mod to work.

 

I have installed the SKSE

and downloaded the FNIS,

 

and as soon as i install it, plan on installing the Levitate Toggle,

 

But I see a .7z file and when i click it, a small black dos window pops for a second and vanishes. When I access it via 7zip, it displays a single folder (FNIS PCE...) and in that folder a DATA folder and a readme.

In the readme it says:

 

-Install FNIS PCEA2 manual, or with NMM or MO
-Run FNIS (GenerateFNISforUsers.exe)

But I was not able to locate this "GenerateFNISforUsers.exe"

 

nor do I know what they mean by "install". Install what? Install how? I just see a DATA folder with no .exe

If you are using a mod manager, point it towards the .7z file and install it. If you don't know how to do that, there are plenty of YouTube videos that will show you how.

If you're doing it manually, extract everything in the Data folder of the zipped file into your Skyrim/Data folder.

 

Once you install Fnis, there will be a folder called "Tools" in your Skyrim folder. Inside that will be the generatefnisforusers executable.
