Strange CTD's

So I have just recently started copping CTD's whenever I enter a town and sporadically even when I start a new life with live another life, I'm just trying to start a new play through and this is exceedingly annoying so any help with anything in my load order I may have overlooked would be hugely appreciated.

Did you run it through BOSS? And then follow any of the messages it gave you? Especially with SkyRe there are some specific instructions related to .esps and compatibility patches, etc. If you have all of the esps listed activated, that could be the issue.

Yes, I use Wyre Bash and BOSS for every new mod I install and try to keep my LO <60 it's about there now I'm using texture optimizer to squeeze my textures even further (<512 now).
