What would the Commonwealth be like about 100 years after based time in fallout 4?

I was wondering if there would be a game/mod released about that's based about 100 years after the time of fallout 4, and when the Commonwealth is some-what civilized, I thought that something like that would be really cool.

so many things that could happen between FO4 and 100 years after, so many different factions in the commonwealth, on the west coast, in the midwest, in china, that it would be difficult to speculate without any certainty
