So basically you want gunners and raiders to farm and hammer nails into walls and weld the scavenger station and do all those animations that settlers do? Is that what you're going after?

I make fallout 4 videos and am working on a large video right now. 2 questions 1, does anyone use text to speech apps for making videos? I need something better than the standard microsoft voices 2. does anyone know of a good free animation video. I'm making some maps and I need to animate things moving across the map surface.

I don't know what the demographics in nexusmods are though I suspect that they're heavily male and skew younger. As such I find that the images tend to fall into the guns or the "cheesecake photo" variety. The only thing that they have in common is that they require the high texture pack and a higher end video card. I have neither so I try to do photos that don't require seeing beads of sweat on skin or every minute detail on a gun's surface. I try to do famous images or paintings and make then so that they have at least something to do with the fallout universe or scenes of every day life in fallout. As to endorsements, for the most part I don't really mind. I have been surprised a couple times that some images have not gotten more endorsements or that some have gotten more than I expected. My most endorsed image isn't even one of my best in my opinion. I just scroll past all the images that I am not interested and endorse those that I do like. It's probably the only way to affect change.

Has anyone ever made a pose mod for non human NPCs? In particular for super mutants and ghouls?

This is more a continuity problem more than anything else. Some bethesda writer might decide that FEV was involved and made hoofed herbivores have 2 heads but then in Fallout 5 a new writer comes along and decides that FEV wasn't involved and that now you have 2 headed dogs and you always had 2 headed dogs it's just that no one noticed till now. It's your mod and you should build it the way that it makes sense to you.

if you want (or care about) steam achievement points you have to play unmodded first. After you finish you might want to build settlements, run quest mods, load up new guns, or just CBBE everyone so it really depends on your tastes

ah, thanks! reason I ask is I tried to add a gen-1 synth to a settlement in nuka world. I did remove all factions on the synth but people kept shooting at it for some reason and I couldn't figure out where the aggro was coming from I finally had to put everyone and the synth into the minutemen faction to stop the aggro

I just give them legendaries that seem to fit their character for example, Curie has the wazer wifle because you know.....science. Nick has a freezing 44 revolver because I figure he wants to bring in fugitives alive, Cait has le fusil terribles cause she likes mayhem, etc

they seem to find runaways by old fashioned detective work. A lot of their behavior seems to be patterned after kellogg. Plus the institute seems to have a network of human informants all over the place. Most likely the coursers contact the local informants and ask who's new in town, who's acting weird, what have you heard?

but then again most of the pre war houses dont even have toilets what a weird world.
