I want to create a small army.

Short story, long, I am the King of a nation called Riverhelm. Perhaps you've heard of it? Of course you have! Anyways, I was hanging out in Whiterun the other day when some puny guard approaches me and says he remembers me and that I need to pay a fine or go to jail. Well, screw that sweetheart, I am a KING! Not a Jarl! Not a Thane! So I refuse to go to jail with him, insisting I speak with my lawyer and he attacks me! Can you believe that? What a crazy world we live in these days.

Anyways, I barely make it out alive, and being an average typical medieval/fantasy king of the age I immediately declare war on White run, and they likewise on me. I started to form an army to take Riverwood, and that's where I have run into my problem, and my forum question.

How can I get more than 10 people as followers?

I noticed if I start to go above 10, my followers will follow me for a bit, but the game will eventually crash. I was hoping to have a small army of maybe 30 or so and take on Skyrim in another alter savepoint fantasy that I would never let affect my actual gameplay. Heck, if I could have 100, that would be swell, but i'm attempting to be realistic. As luck would have it, when I had my test run of 15 soldiers, a Dragon has to pop up and attack. My mini army of archers were able to make quick work of the Dragon, but immediately afterwards that's when the trouble started. The game simply crashes, and I know somewhere, somehow, someway, there has to be a way I can cruise the tundra taking over village and city. A mod here, a few lines of code via the "~" key here.

I was going to take care of those NPC's that just won't stay down, by using the "Prison of Despair" mod to telport those important pawns to life in prison. Innocent people will also be safely teleported by me while my guards make quick work of the city and storm the palaces. (By the way, the prison of despair fails to loadeonce you start really piling the people into its halls)

Anyways, it's kind of a round about way of saying it would really make my day if I could have an Army of 30. I'll even take 20. Just more than 15.

Thanks in advance!

Why dont you download Psicotiks Necromancery mod to summon your own undead army and my mod: Nature of the beast II to controll it? With the 2 above mods you can easily conquer a bandit fort or a small village without even coming into the range of the defenders. Edited by gulogulo

Well, I was hoping to use the riverhelm "buy guards" option, and I still want to. I want my army to be live human beings, lol, versus undead or monsters of that sort. But your mod sounds awesome as well, and i'll check'r out! Thanks for the tip! Edited by Timsierramist
