Need help completely deleting mod files

So when I was feeling extremely horny I decided to go on Lover's Lab and make an account so I could download SexLab and Sexlab Defeat. After realizing what a f*#@ed up decision I had made, I deleted Sexlab and Sexlab Defeat. I installed these files directly into Skyrim's data folder(not into Vortex) and I tried to delete all of them manually. Whenever I run FNIS it keeps telling me a warning about how Sexlab Defeat isn't compatible with Skyrim SE and it tries to install anims for it even though I think I don't have Sexlab Defeat anymore. Naturally, this fails and all the characters T-pose in the game. I need to find a way to delete all the files for this mod. Thanks in advance!

If this helps, here is exactly what FNIS says whenever I run it.

If you installed manually and cannot remember all the files to delete:

Windows has this feature in Windows Explorer where if you copy something you can use the right-click menu to undo the copy. This will remove those files and not restore any previous instance of those files. Effectively erasing any reference to those files from that location.

TLDR;

Manually install the mod again by copying from one location to the game and then tell Windows to undo the copy.
