Fallout 3 Constant Crashing (GoG)

Hello, I am trying to play Fallout 3 (with mods) using GoG. I switched from Steam because I was told that GoG is much more stable, but this seems not to be the case. I get constant crashing, even with graphics on low the game will run for a few minutes and then freeze up. It's ridiculous that they still charge for a game that no longer works.

I am using mods and have installed them via the NMM, I have the Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch installed as well as the 4gb patch installed too.

These are the mods (plus DLC) arranged in this order:

It was arranged using Loot, but I have no idea what mods would be causing problems. I really want to play this game, but it is impossible due to the crashing, I am unsure if it is memory or one (or more) of the mods.
Any help would be appreciated.

"It was arranged using Loot" There's your problem. LOOT has never sorted FO3 mods correctly.

Mods with multiple plugins should be arranged in the same order as the DLCs.

If the game is installed in "Program Files" you will have problems and should be moved.

Also, if you are using Windows 10, you will have additional work to do.

Please see "How to ask for help" and provide all the information noted there. https://wiki.nexusmods.com/index.php/How_to_ask_for_help

I am using Windows 10 and have followed the compatibility advice. That link you sent burns out my brain just by looking at it.

Is there a way I can arrange the load order of these mods myself? Where should I move it too?

I am also inept at these things, if you tell me something, then there's a 95% chance I will not know what you are talking about.

I do not know why it should not be in Program Folders, I do not know what order mods should be arranged and why.

I am also running the GOG version of FO3 with Win10 and had great deal of trouble running it initially. When I uninstalled the Unofficial Fallout 3 patch my problems went away. Of course there is no guarantee that this is your problem but it might be worth a try if nothing else works.
