Jbabydog
cpb.7z is in c:\users\my name\appdata\roaming\vortex\skyrimse\mods I was just wondering if it needs to be unzipped? Stuck with no physics. Thanks to all of you who take the time.
Deleted55991832User
Is it active in your modmanager ? and did you run Fnis for Users in your Data /tools ?.. other than that I can only suggest to unzip it and copying the files to your skyrim data folder... anjenthedog
how did you install the mod? Afaik, you can either a) use Vortex to automatically download and install (via vortex) from the link at nexusb) download the archive file (zip/rar/7z) to your harddrive, then use Vortex to "manually" install it, using the local zip/7z/rar filec) use some other method, like manually installing it by depositing the right files in to the right foldersd) use some alternate mod manager to download and install Afaik, cpbc-cpb is a mod that falls into group a. That's how I installed it successfully. I simply clicekd the vortex link from the mod webpage at nexus and it installed correctly. I may have had to deal with some load-order contentions, but most often, one can simply choose the (recommended) setting and things fall into place nicely, and to be honest, I don't exactly remember having to do that, but on the other hand, it tweaks my memory so maybe I did. I routinely do item b for follower mods, which I exclusively download manually to my hard-drive in order to archive them then use vortex's "manual installation" feature to load from their respective archived directories Some mods require manual installation (item c). An example is, apparently, Sexy Bandit Captives, a mod (Not located on nexus) that has the player saving women from slavery, and whose installation directions explicitly say that the three part download should be installed (ideally) using manual means, but which also provides *some automation via MMO2, for those who use that instead of Vortex. It has no comparative directions for use with Vortex. I've never used an alternate mod manager, so I can't cite (d) from personal experience, except that from both nexus and outside comments, I see a certain group of people who use them.
