Red Textures after bashing something

Not sure if this is a mod issue or what but when ever I bash something with my bow there will be a red square or triangle block where I hit it I also tried bashing with a shield but that doesn't seem to cause it or blade weapons. It doesn't seem to happen to walls but tables and furniture anything inside of a room and it also sticks through save games. I can however leave the cell and clear the buffer that fixes it. I do think I kinda remember seeing this issue in a distant previous play-through but now I got all different mods or up to date ones. Just like to know if anyone else has seen this and what mod or bug could be possibly causing it.

 

Other then that this has to be the most bug free play-through I've had nothing game breaking where I'm going to have to start over as of yet anyway keeping my fingers crossed as I always do would really love to be able to finish the game this time. A few of the bugs this time around are dragons acting a bit funny If they lose track of me then go try to perch back on-top of there wall they cant seem to get it right lol they'll land then take off up into the air like 10ft then try to land again and keep doing that repeatedly but once I can get them to finally realize I am there the battle goes normally. One even fell off his wall and was stuck there facing up kinda like a cat about to climb a tree. I few corpses that if I try to delete cause ctd's I don't delete standard mobs but have a mod that adds extra random encounter battles and ever since trying war-zones I been really paranoid about leaving their corpse laying about had to start over another play-through due to that mod got to the point I couldn't even farm ingredients with nobody around me without ctd every minute if a deer or bunny entered my cell. But these corpses seem to delete themselves normally after the proper time and it seems to be just certain ones for whatever reasons most I can delete manually. And a few people in whiterun no longer want to move they been standing in one spot for awhile not sure about other towns yet whiterun the only one I've been to this time but they still will talk to me and such. So so far so good hope not to see anything to much more extreme pulled enough of the hair out already to last a lifetime with this game =P

So no one actually figured out what the problem was? I've been getting it too, I just didn't notice for a while because I don't bash with bows much. No idea what could be causing it...
