LegoManIAm94
I have made a mod that add new non-playable races into Oblivion but when you assault one of them in a city (Bruma to be specific) they will just flee but it will add onto your bounty and no guards come for you even if the assault right infront of a guard. How do you fix this?
Hickory
It sounds like you haven't put them in any factions. Guards will not respond to attacks on NPCs without a faction, or those in hostile/opposing factions. Place them in the Bruma faction, if that's where they reside. If the NPCs go to other places, you need to consider whether to add them to those factions, too. Also, don't forget about opposing factions -- do your NPCs hate undead, bandits, vampires etc? LegoManIAm94
I did add them to th BrumaFaction & the BrolusFamilyFaction which is a family faction in Bruma which was the husband and wife share the same house.

Did you also cross reference your new race with the Bruma Guards faction? If you add A to faction B, you also have to set B's relationship to A -- it's a two-way thing. Were do you edit this, Race menu, faction menu. From the menu: Character >> Faction >> Interfaction Relations. Take the Blades for an example. Look at that faction and you will see, among others, Mythic Dawn. Now go down to Mythic Dawn, and you will see Blades. It's inter-related. If you add/edit one, you have to add/edit the other appropriately. Remember that the larger the negative score, the more likely that faction is to attack on sight. A high positive score is friend/ally.
LegoManIAm94
I did not edit the factions itself. Just added them to the NPCs under faction.
