Lord fyr question

Recommended Posts

Ok, i did the corprusarium quest, and talked to caius, so the quest should be done, right? And if it is, that means i should be able to kill lord fyr and take his daedric armors (WHICH I REALLY REALLY WANT BTW) because he has no more part in the main quest... WELL FOR SOME REASON WHEN I KILL HIM IT SAYS "the thread of events is severed, please restore a saved game." well can i eventually kill him and get his daedric gear? or am i never going to get his stuff. PLEASE HELP ME.

You will never be able to kill him without getting that messege... Daedric Armour isnt to had to come across... just look through some daedric shrines :D... Maybe after your finished the main quest, you can go back and kill him...

As far as the main quest is concerned, once you've got the cure, kill him if you want. The message will still appear, but you can safely ignore it. It's just an option enabled on that NPC that doesn't ever change.

Of course since I don't know the entire list of side quests, there might be something you want him around for. But that's no different than any other NPC in the game.

I don't think the whole Daedric armor set can be found in one place outside of a mod. Fyr is essential up to the moment he cures you. After that he is no longer relevant to the prophecy, but you will receive the message anyway. If he cured you, I'd suggest killing him to get the daedric armor, but I I use Aedric armor and I never killed him or anyone else for that matter. I'm not the guy-that-runs-around-whacking-everybody-because-I-can-type.
