Skyrim Crash log Mod suggestions?

Okay i have Skyrims crash logger turned on and my game crashed recently, i checked the log and at the very bottom of the log file it said this...

There were a few more above this but generally they were a bunch of errors about missing mod files 3DNPCs, Falscar, UFO ect.

wtf does this even mean? if anyone knows please enlighten me.

what, do i need all these mods for my current mods to not crash my game ?? idk. like, i use EFF and EFF and UFO are incompatible. and i really don't care for Falscar WTF is this?
