thumbincubation
Multiple reports on steam forums, Skyrim resolution problems with windows 10, within an hour of each other. Checked settings, sure enough, Windows 10 update today.

anjenthedog
Thanks for the heads up, but I'm up-to-date (as of ten minutes ago) and I'm not seeing any change in resolution. You are talking about resolution in terms of graphics, right? FWIW, I run a GeForce 1060 6G, in case that matters. Edit: that is, if I was you, I'd check my graphics driver settings. They *might have been bumped by the Windows update, although as I noted, I haven't seen any changes in my resolution, and I haven't had to fiddle with my driver settings either
thumbincubation
Anjen, I think I'm ok. I didn't mean I'd been reporting on steam. I just logged in and saw a bunch of reports, by different people, within an hour of each other. Figured there was trouble brewing, and wanted to pass it along. Hopefully**** Windows update hasn't changed anything this time. They have, unfortunately, ruined things in the past.
anjenthedog
Understood, just reporting as someone who keeps up to date on Windows somewhat religiously.
wfandrews
I downloaded that update when it came out and have seen no differences in my game. Using Win. 10 Home.
GreatDevourer
Sounds like some people are getting their video drivers messed up and need to reload/update the software for their video cards. Some of the larger Windows 10 updates can cause this problem.
