Maybe the info i wrote here can help a bit?

What is this BSD you're having? When does it happen, where, etc?

LOOT is a program to sort your load order, that is this list of plugins we can see in your post. It is not perfect but helps for beginners. Sorting load order is something that you can do manually, but you must understand and know what all the mods you have installed do, and also know how to check confliicts with xEdit. More info in the link i mentioned first.

Wrye Bash... it is a good program to create patches. Don't know why you already have a Bashed Patch with so few mods, but it is good to avoid some problems when using conflicting mods. The thing is, it is also not perfect, but can help a lot for beginners. Assuming you know what you're doing... so it would be good to watch some videos about what is and how to make a bashed patch FOR FO4.

FO4 editor i don't really know what it is. A program i really recommend you knowing the basics is xEdit, really. It will be your friend on the mod journey if you want to solve problems on a big load order.
