CTDs when clicking objects(Possible Quest Spoilers)

So I've run into this problem recently after a reinstall of Skyrim and the addition of mods. During the quests A Daedra's Best Friend, Ill Met By Moonlight, The Whispering Door and now during the College of Winterhold quest Good Intentions am I unable to continue on with these quests because it seems Skyrim will CTD as soon as I click on the object in which I retrieve the quests from. A Daedra's Best Friend: When I click on the shrine meant to trigger the voice, it CTDs immediately. Same with The Whispering Door. Ill Met By Moonlight: Clicking Hircine a second time caused CTD, though I was still able to complete this quest by leaving as soon as I collected the quest. I was trying to complete the CoW questline, and now it seems I've run into this. I went to click on the Augur and it CTDs. No warning, I click on the Augur and it immediately goes to my desktop. My setup is currently Win7 64bit, 4GB, GeForce 9800GTX+, and Intel Pentium Dual Core @ 2.20 ghz.

Have you installed/used BOSS? your load order seems pretty random to me.
