MelanthaRose
Hello So I have recently reinstalled Fallout 4 and everything is up to date. My Fallout 4, Mod Organizer 2 etc. I have F4SE which I installed by watching gopher's tutorial. All my Fallout.ini tweaks have been done to accomodate mods. I start the game up and everything is fine. In my main menu's settings it shows my F4SE version no. on the bottom right. If I open the console and type getf4se version it shows which version I have. Thing is, the moment I hit start new game a pop up box shows up with this written: $NO_F4SEI've tried just about everything to get it working but nothing does. Can someone please give some advice? Di3sIrae
The question is, which mod is trying to access F4SE and is giving you this error?I don't know how you preffered to install F4SE with MO, personally i install the Plugins folder as a mod in MO, and don't copy it to the Main Game directory. If you did copy to the main Data folder, no problem, but are you sure you installed the Scripts folder too? A lot of people forget it.I am sure you are running the game with MO2 and using the button to run F4SE and not normal FO4. Right? So now you should test your mods that require f4se and see which one is giving you this error. Maybe an outdated plugin?F4SE must be working, if you can see the version and all. MelanthaRose
Maybe I forgot the scripts folder... I will check this tomorrow morning. Yes, I run F4SE from MO2. I'll also go over my mods... Kind of think it might be script folder... -_- Thanks for the help.
Di3sIrae
No prob, this happens a lot, hope the problem is just missing scripts folder! :D
parchedgoose
Had the same issue with the scripts folder even though it was there. So, i manually used the NMM and installed it that way and it works. Not sure how but it works.
