There is a file in Skyrim called "ini Tweaks" it's full of

so if you open the file it is a .txt file, like your regular prefs ini? If so I wouldn't worry about it, your game uses the prefs.ini in the documents folder not the data folder.

However, if it is associated with a mod you have installed, removing the folder could cause issues; it would be safer to identify the mod and remove it properly (the esp or esm).

Are you having problems with your game?

Thanks for your help but yea I'm having really bad lag spikes that last for 3 to 6 seconds, so I was trying to clean it up a little and had no Idea why Oblivion ini files were in my Skyrim folder. I have no idea how to find out what mod put them there.

Well, for lags like that the first thing I would do is make sure you have autosaves all turned off in your actual.ini file. The one in username/mydocuments/mygames/skyrim. I'd turn off all of them, including the one that says autosave every x minutes, make it zero.

Also, have you turned off all of your other programs, including your browser, autoupdates, IM, cloudsyncs, and external hard drive?

you may want to check your CPU memory, too...the lags could be caused by thrashing.

If you list your mods and the load order and your computer specs I or someone might be able to pinpoint the problem, but if it is a mod problem rather than a hardware or setting problem, you will probably need to use basic mod troubleshooting.

Oh, you mean Wyre Bash from Oblivion or from Skyrim? can I delete them or should I leave them?

For Skyrim. Older versions of Bash (when Skyrim first came out) still had the ini tweaks for Oblivion in the install. The newest version of Bash doesn't have those files. If you're still using Bash you might want to upgrade. If you do so it would be safe to delete them - they are just preset tweaks for Oblivion's ini files . If you aren't using Bash you may want to uninstall the whole program. Though I doubt those files have much to do with any problems you might be having, unfortunately.
