Crash to desktop problem

I've been having an issue with a CTD. It happens every time I enter the game(not the main screen but actually playing) after about a minute or so. No error message, everything is running fine otherwise, it just closes. It'll be running fine, then all of a sudden it'll freeze for a few seconds and crash. I've looked online to see if other people had the same problem but didn't find anything. What Crash fixes I've found I tried but it didn't work. I've completely uninstalled and re-installed the game two times, one with mods and one after I unsubscribed and uninstalled all my mods. I've verified the files and de-fragmented it, but nothing's worked so far. Before this happened I was working on fixing another CTD bug where every time someone shouted it crashed. That problem stopped after I deleted a few mods and the game worked fine after that for a while, but later that day it started happening the way I described, about a minute or so after I enter the game. Before the crash with the shouts I had 60-something mods, afterwords I had somewhere between 40 and 30. I've been trying to fix the problem all week but even running the game re-installed with no mods and all the files verified and de-fragmented it still happens. Does anyone know how I can fix this or what the problem might be?

Thank you!

If it is happening a set time after starting, regardless of your location, even with mods all removed, then I would suspect it to be a problem with your hardware. Not sure from your description, though, after you uninstalled and removed your mods, started a new game on a fresh download, did you play with no mods and did the problem still occur?

Have you checked your running temperatures? If you graphics card is overheating it will shut down as you describe. This can happen from a corrupt driver file download, dust in your case, overclocking, or just having your settings too high.

Have you used something like CPU-Z to track your memory in game? If you exceed your memory then you can get freezing and crashing, or just crashing. You could be running out of memory because there are too many other competing programs (like if you run your browswer) ot because of automatic services or processes. I manually shut down all the autoupdate services and my external hard drive, but other people use soemthing like GBoost (I've noticed that takes up the memory it claimes to save, but it would prevent a process from suddenly turning on and hijacking your memory.

What are your computer specs? Game settings? Mods?
